Chow Bella: Weekend Brunch Ideas

Angelenos love to brunch. Ok, everyone loves to brunch! The great thing is that there are many options when it comes to kicking off, highlighting, or winding down from your weekend activities. From boozy to foody to fancy, there is brunch to please every interest.

As a hotel concierge I get asked about brunch all the time. My three favorite are The Churchill, AOC, and Culina at the Four Seasons.

The Churchill is a fun, boozy brunch. The Southern Fried Chicken N Bacon Studded Waffles and Breakfast Burrito are the perfect complements to their bottomless mimosas. Regardless of what you choose, I suggest staying a few hours and turning brunch into a full-on social event.

AOC is my favorite brunch destination for foodies. Their Vanilla Bean French Toast, Duck Confit Hash, and Hanger Steak & Eggs are noteworthy items to order. The menu is seasonal, so they keep the options fresh, delicious, and exceptionally paired.

For those that love a brunch buffet, Culina at the Four Seasons is THE destination. At $75 per person, their brunch is elaborate and includes a variety of culturally inspired stations. The Eggs Benedict Station is popular, as well as the Dim Sum, Carving, and sushi stations. Of course, save room for dessert, as some might argue that is the best part!
