The stars have aligned once again this awards season and STAPLES Center Executive Chef Joseph Martin and his team have put together a menu with something delicious for everyone in attendance at this year’s 58th Annual GRAMMY Awards.

The variety of foods being served to the musicians, presenters and guests, include:

In addition to the 1,200 bottles of wine served at STAPLES Center during the GRAMMY Awards and fulfilling attendee’s requests, STAPLES Center will be serving two special signature drinks:

Framboise Céleste – Absolut Elyx vodka, Sandeman Fino Sherry, housemade raspberry syrup, topped with Perrier-Jouét Belle Epoque Champagne and served over raspberry ice cubes

Barrel Aged Avión 44 Old Fashioned – Avión Reserva 44 tequila, whiskey barrel-aged bitters, housemade simple syrup, Luxardo cherry, orange peel, served over custom Grammy ice sphere
