Chef Matthew Kenney will be hosting a week-long “Arata Pop-Up” at Plant Food + Wine, one of the most popular vegan restaurants in Venice.
Kenney’s team will be showcasing a new level of innovation in plant-based cuisine with this pop-up (which was hugely successful last year!).
Arata, which is Japanese for “fresh and new,” offers plant-based ramen noodles, steamed buns, small plates, desserts inspired by Far East flavors, and an original cocktail and organic wine program.
Arata Pop Up at Plant Food + Wine Venice will run April 10 – 16 and will offer an a la carte lunch and dinner menu in addition to the regular Plant Food + Wine menu.
