A typical day kicks off with a morning stretch and delicious breakfast followed by a two-hour hike at one of the challenging but beautifully scenic trails, before coming back to base for a nutritious lunch prepared by Chef Rodolfo Reyes.
The afternoon is a combination of rigorous exercise classes in the gym or the pool run by the world-class trainers, as well as nutrition classes by registered dietician Rebekah Blakely.
But fear not–there are a couple of well-earned rest breaks in between (thankfully!). Evenings are rounded out by an hour’s life coaching circle before heading to dinner, which always ends with dessert. The chocolate covered strawberries are a hit!
