Mandy Moore is flying high with the success of her new NBC series, “This Is Us” which is a standout hit in the new TV season.
The actress/singer/songwriter is now ready to move on up and let go of her 1920s Mediterranean-style home.
Moore recently sold her home in LA’s hip Los Feliz neighborhood for $2.95 million.
With graciously sized rooms and exposed-beam ceilings, the 4,700-square-foot home offers 5 bedrooms and 5 baths.
Designer touches include wrought-iron railings and regal chandeliers and it carries the scent of the Mediterranean, with citrus trees and French doors with verdant views.
The formal dining room boasts a wall of windows that showcases amazing vistas. It adjoins an eat-in chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, a large expanse of cabinetry and a center island. The main floor also features a reading room with “wedding cake” beading on the ceiling.
French doors also open from living areas and the master suite onto a terraced backyard and patios surrounded by lush landscaping, including trees, rose bushes and big, shady oaks.
